WECY Back Complete

I just put the back for the Wheat Ear Cable Yoke on holders. (where it will stay until the front and sleeves are all ready for attaching...) I'm loving this pattern, although I'm afraid that in the end I might decide that the yarn wasn't the best substitute... I'm trying to get over that 'cause everyone at Saturday SnB said it looks great.

I blogged more about the process, along with a picture of the cable detail over on the KAL blog. If you're interested in more info it is here.

Good to see you on Sat and thanks again for the yarn. I think your yarn substitution looks great. Could you do me a favor and spread the word at Lovelyarns about the Knit-A-Thon in Columbia on October 6? It's from 10-4 at Lakeside Cafe (near the Columbia Mall). They'll be knitting for several different charities that day. Hope the new job, teaching and classes go well this week!
